2025 Camp Scholarship Application

Camp scholarships are available to all children and youth active in GSUMC ministries.  To review the types of scholarships, click here. Please follow these instructions to apply: 

-          This form must be completed by a camper’s parent or guardian. Submit one form per child. If you need the service hour log, click here.

-          This form must be submitted to Holly Tetzloff no later than March 1, 2025 to receive a scholarship for the 2025 camping season.  You will receive your scholarship (promo) code via email. You need this code before you register your child on the camp website (impact2818.org).
